I’ve been thinking about all the recipes I want to share with you. I’m not really much of a make-your-own recipe gal, I’ve kinda shied away from telling y’all how to cook because I figure the internet it full of people doing that, but occasionally a girl has to share her secrets. This one is simultaneously healthy and guaranteed to make you put on 5 pounds instantly.
Life’s too short to count calories anyways.
Salmon with Blackberry Butter
1.5 Tablespoons of butter per serving of salmon
Blackberries (Oh stop being lazy, walk out your front door and pick a handful of them, if you live in Oregon. Seriously, you’ll save $2.50 and then you can take that $2.50 and get yourself a beer at Bier Stein)
Dash of sugar
☆Place salmon in glass baking pan. Add a little butter to the top of the salmon. Sprinkle with sea salt.
☆Bake salmon at 375° until done. About 30 mins.
☆Place butter, an equal amount of blackberries and a dash of sugar in food processor. Blend.
☆Serve salmon with a glob of blackberry butter on top.
